About Georgette Mulheir
Georgette Mulheir is a devoted human rights crusader dedicated to fighting for the rights of orphaned children. For over three decades, Georgette Mulheir has traveled across borders offering advice to governments on a different way of giving care. She believes that giving the right care to orphaned children will eventually have a positive effect on society in the future. At the height of her career, she worked at UNICEF in Sudan. Because Sudan is an Islam state, Georgette Mulheir explains, the country is ruled by sharia law that is known to be extremely harsh to women and children born out of wedlock. Georgette’s work in Sudan saved the lives of thousands of Sudanese children and their mothers.
